College Football kick-off

On Sunday College football kicked off with a lot of surprises! Lets start off with a quick note on my BIG BLUE! Michigan won 59-9 yesterday vs Central Michigan. New QB Devin Gardner looked like Denard Robinson rushing for 2 TD’s and Passing for 2. Their next game is against Notre Dame. Now the main talk of the day was Texas A&M vs Rice. After a first half suspension for talks of signing autographs in the off-season and getting payed. He came in the 2nd half and threw for 3 TD’s and you thought Johnny Manziel was back. But that was only in 1 quarter of work after being benched from an “unsportsmanlike conduct” penalty for taunting Rice players. What will happen with Johnny Football? Last night was just not a good night for the Pats. In their pre-season game they only managed to score 9 points vs the Lions. Tom Brady threw for 185 yards and a pick in a half of work. Lions RB just acquired Reggie Bush caught 5 passes for 103 yards. He was drafted by me in my draft last night. Kicker David Akers kicked 3 FG’s for the Lions. Matthew Stafford threw one TD, backup QB Kellen Moore threw for 2 TD’s in his one half of play. After the game Pats coach Bill Bellichick was pretty upset about their play. I know it’s only preseason vs the Jags but the Jets finally got a win… And BIG! QB Mark Sanchez played the whole game, he threw a TD to Jeff Cumberland. Kahlil Bell had 2 rushing TD’s, one for 5 yards and one for 1. Kicker Billy Cundiff had 2 FG’s and 2 extra pts. Nick Folk had a 54 Yarder and 2 extra points. Jags QB Blaine Gabbert had a 5 yard pass to Allen Reisner for his only TD. Josh Scobee had 2 FG’s for the Jags in their 37-13 loss. Geno Smith is recovering well from his injury. Lets bounce in Cleveland! For the 3rd time in a row? Yep, the Fighting Francona’s have won again in grand fashion. Yesterday down 8-7 in the 10th with 2 runners on base Yan Gomez got up and attempted a bunt 3 times in a row, the coach was like “what are you doing”! So Yan took 2 pitches, 1 ball, 1 strike and the next pitch was gone! The Indians ended up winning 10-8. The Indians have a great chance of being a top AL team this season. Also yesterday rumors said that Dodgers coach Don Mattingly may be fired because of the Dodgers last place position this year. The Dodgers payed sooooooooooooo much money this year for all the good players they have and it only has led them to 18 wins. What should the Dodgers do about this? Soccer: Yesterday Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho announced he was leaving for Chelsea after 3 terrific seasons with Real Madrid. He is now the 2nd recent coach to leave their team after Sir Alex Ferguson retired after Man U’s game and his 1,500th game. Sir Alex and Mourinho have really had great careers so far.
