Knicks fans, time to use some logic.
. . .
Despite the putrid offensive showings as of late by Frank Ntilikina – former French-born first rounder Guard – there is ZERO reason to urgently trade him away!
. . .
First and foremost, Frank is only TWENTY years old, a lottery pick, and an international player on top of that. It’s not rare to see struggles like this happening to a player with that background.
. . .
Secondly, we’ve seen his huge potential constantly on the court. It’s not like we don’t know what he’s capable of – ESPECIALLY on the defensive end, as he has shown how good he is on D.
. . .
If I were the Knicks, I stop freaking out and take a step back. Clearly he’s out of sorts, so maybe getting him minutes in the G-League to build confidence, or simply letting him sit and observe may be the best option.
. . .
He’s also not a pick of this current regime; he’s a Phil Jackson pick. So with that, there’s less pressure on the execs to get high production out of him quickly.
. . . . .
What are your thoughts? Should the knicks pull the plug on the Frenchman?
