“Who wants Skittles”! Every time Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch scores a TD, he gets skittles! His other Nick-name is ” Beast Mode”. He is a beast when running because you have to look at his YAC (yards after contact). He had 66 in this game vs the Saints. This game was all Marshawn Lynch. He had 28 carries for 140 yards and 2 TD’s and the game sealing TD. The Seahawks ball-hawking D was great in coverage last night, they did not let up a point in the 1st half. ZERO! They also held the Saints biggest target, Jimmy Graham to 1 catch for 6 yards. He had 6 targets. On the Saints side, they could not do anything, QB Drew Brees is not very good outdoors especially when it’s raining like last nights game and the Seahawks have the loudest fans in all of sports history! Brees threw for 309 yards and a TD with no picks. Also in part to his receiver’s drops and K Shane Graham who missed 2 of 2 FG’s. The Seahawks took advantage and won 23-15. QB Russell Wilson had only 103 yards which is low for a winning playoff QB. It looked like Marshawn Lynch had one of the best rushing performance in the postseason in a long time. Last night in the Colts vs. Chiefs game it featured the Comeback Kids led by QB Andrew Luck and WR T.Y Hilton. After losing star RB Jamaal Charles to a concussion in the 1st quarter, the Chiefs looked fine picking off Andrew Luck’s passes and getting fumbles and TD’s. By the first 1:16 in the 2nd half, the Chiefs led by 28! Then Andrew Luck showed his Luck and led the Colts to an impossible to think of comeback and won 45-44. WR T.Y Hilton dominated with a 13-244-2 REC, YDS and TD radio. (In that order). Luck threw for 400+ yards and 4 TD’s despite his 3 INT’s. On the other side of the ball, Chiefs backup FB Knile Davis also left the game with a knee injury! They had to play their 3rd string RB! Despite the loss, QB, Alex Smith had a great game with 378 yard and 4 TD’s and 0 picks. He has been the master at possession this year. WR Dwayne Bowe had a big game with 8 catches for 150 yards and a TD. In the Saints vs. Eagles game last night, it was a very close game but one team had to win. In the Colts vs. Chiefs game happening right now, star Chiefs RB, Jamaal Charles was injured and testing for concussions in the locker room, hopefully , I can give you his status by half time. He was down with about 11:40 left in the 1st quarter. Knile Davis who played last week when the Chiefs rested their starters will fill in for Charles. Lucky me, I replaced Charles in my Playoff Fantasy. Right now in the 2nd Quarter , Colts RB who they got in a blockbuster trade this season just fumbled, he’s been struggling this season, and the Chiefs got a 79 TD to former Colts WR Donnie Avery. Alex Smith and Andrew Luck have had great games but Smith has 180+ yards and 3 TD’s!!! In the 1st half!
