Neal, Leonard and Green?

Who was making the headlines in game 3? Was it James? No! Was it Wade? No! Was it Bosh! No! Was it Parker Ginobili and Duncan? No! Was it Kawaii Leonard, Gary Neal and Danny Green? Yes! Last night the Spurs beat the Heat 113-77 in a 36 pt blowout. Leonard, Green and Neal combined for 65 points and Neal and Green combined for 13 of the 16 Spurs 3’s. I have a good feeling if the Spurs win the Finals the MVP is most likely Danny Green who stepped out of nowhere and is playing AMAZING! He was not a headline from the start to Game 1 of the Finals. But now he is. Who will win the series and the...

No first game jitters.

Yesterday Brittney Griner made her debut in the WNBA with the Phoenix Mercury against Elena Delle Donne and the Chicago Sky. Griner set 2 records in her first game. One of them was most dunks in a game with 2 and tied Candace Parker for most career WNBA dunks with 2. In her first game she already broke a career record which will be dominated by the end of the season. She had 17 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks. Delle Donne had 22 points and 8 rebounds to lead the Sky to their first win of the season and her first career WNBA win. Also in B-ball last night the Spurs beat the Grizzlies to win the series and clinch a spot in the NBA finals with a 93-86 win. The Spurs this season are 0-2 against the Heat and 2-0 vs the Pacers. This is the first NBA finals for the Spurs in the last 6...

Lets bounce in Cleveland! AGAIN.

Lets bounce in Cleveland! For the 3rd time in a row? Yep, the Fighting Francona’s have won again in grand fashion. Yesterday down 8-7 in the 10th with 2 runners on base Yan Gomez got up and attempted a bunt 3 times in a row, the coach was like “what are you doing”! So Yan took 2 pitches, 1 ball, 1 strike and the next pitch was gone! The Indians ended up winning 10-8. The Indians have a great chance of being a top AL team this season. Also yesterday rumors said that Dodgers coach Don Mattingly may be fired because of the Dodgers last place position this year. The Dodgers payed sooooooooooooo much money this year for all the good players they have and it only has led them to 18 wins. What should the Dodgers do about this? Soccer: Yesterday Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho announced he was leaving for Chelsea after 3 terrific seasons with Real Madrid. He is now the 2nd recent coach to leave their team after Sir Alex Ferguson retired after Man U’s game and his 1,500th game. Sir Alex and Mourinho have really had great careers so far. It really would be hard to have a new coach coaching Man U for the fans and players. Also Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are fighting over Real Madrid superstar Christiano Ronaldo. As a...

That’s it!!!

That’s it!!! Yesterday the Knicks played the Pacers in game 2 of their series. At half the Knicks led 47-42 and after that they were on FIRE! In the 4th the Knicks scored 33 and the Pacers scored 13 points leading the Knicks to a 105-79 win. Melo had 32 points and shot .500 from the field. The series will now go to Indiana tied 1-1. Hockey: Last night the Islanders played the Penguins in game 4 of their series. Think about this, when everyone thinks of a 1seed vs 8 seed game they usually think of a blowout especially with the Penguins but surprisingly the Isles have really kept it close winning game 2 and keeping game 3 close forcing it to OT. Now last night was a great night for Islander fans when the Isles won 6-4 in a goal scoring party. Now people are maybe thinking twice about this series especially me when I kept saying don’t believe in the Isles they’ll never win in a million years! The Penguins now have to start playing some Hockey to prove who they really are. The Rangers will play the Capitals tonight at 7:30 PM eastern time. Soccer: Here is some very surprising soccer news that was announced this morning. Manchester United coach Sir Alex Ferguson will retire after this season. He is currently 71 and has been...

SUPRISE

SUPRISE! Yesterday their were 2 surprises all around sports. Basketball: Yesterday the Bulls faced off against the Heat in round 1 of the eastern conference semi-finals. This year the Bulls had the win to stop the Heat’s 27 game win-streak. This was a big advantage to the Bulls which led them to a win last night in game 1. I am hoping the Bulls will win to make the playoffs more exciting if the Heat aren’t creaming everyone. What will this series end like? Hockey: Yesterday the NY Rangers faced off against the Capitals in game 3 of their series. The Rangers were down 2-0 and won 4-3 last night to turn that 0 into a 1. The Rangers are now very hungry to get this series back and win. What will be the outcome of this...
