Going…Going… Gone ;(

Matt Harvey is gone. He will currently be out for the rest of the season with a torn UCL in his elbow. Tommy John Surgery may be necessary if Harvey’s injury is not improving in 1-2 weeks. He is on a limit of 200 innings like Strasburg last season. He already pitched 178. Is this bad for the Mets? What should they do to fix this problem. Miguel Cabrera is on the triple crown chase for 2 in a row. He is creaming Chris Davis in Batting Average and Runs Batted In. He is only a few HR’s down from him to take the triple...

The road to victory!

We are now getting ready for the big game. The biggest game in some of these kids life. The actual little league World Series. These kids from Japan and Chula Vista California are totally psyched! California is an very good team. With ace Grant Holman pitching on Sunday (when he will be eligible to pitch). Earlier in the tourney he threw a no-hitter! He also has been hitting amazing! California has very explosive bats. Their field is full of talent from Pitcher to RF. Yesterday California beat Connecticut by a lot, Connecticut is a great team! Now to Japan. Japan took a hard path to make it here. They beat Mexico twice, a Mexico team that looked unstoppable when they outscored their opponents 25-0 in their first 2 games! They had 5-6 HR’s in a game vs Panama but still was not a match for Japan. Japan won in the international final vs Mexico 3-2. They can do it all, pitch, hit and field at a high level. I am looking forward to the games. Good luck to both...

What are you thinking!

Last night the Yanks played an old rivalry game vs the Sox at Fenway. In the game something happened… With A-Rod up to bat, the Sox fans were holding up very offensive signs about A-Rod. Pitcher Ryan Dempster’s 1st pitch was a close one but no warning? The next was high and inside and the next was low and inside. Everybody knew it was going to happen, the next pitch hit A-Rod on the arm! Then all that happened was 2 warnings! Then Joe Girardi came out and argued for an ejection, instead he was served the crime. A-Rod drove in Ichiro Suzuki on a ground out. Then A-Rod hit a HR, his second of the season to put the game at 6-4. The Yanks came back and won...

It’s Puig AGAIN!

Amazing is just 1 of the million words to describe the LA Dodgers of 2013. Since the day I left for camp, June 22 the dodgers were in dead last in the NL west. Now coming back home the Dodgers are in DEAD 1st! So last night in LA the Dodgers played the Mets. The Mets were up 2-0 in the third until a Marlon Byrd HR to extend the lead to 4-0. Then in the 6th the Dodgers put up 2 runs. Then in the Ninth the Mets went for the save but Andre Eithier hit a 2 run homer to put the game in extras. Then in the 12th with the game tied 4-4 Yasiel Puig hit a single that just just got out of the infield but hustled to 2nd base for a 2-bagger. That shows that Yasiel Puig is the next Mike Trout in right field. Puig can make all-star catches in right and has an exceptional arm and bat. Also his speed it tops in the majors. Right after Adrian Gonzalez hit a 2 bagger down the 3rd baseline to win it. Now with Hanley Ramirez back the Dodgers could be the best team in the league. How will the Dodgers finish off the...

Mr.Unreliable

I think if their was an award for most unreliable player it would go to Mets closer Bobby Parnell. I feel like every time he tries to get the save he blows it. He has a terrifying fastball that’s close to topping 100 but the rest of his pitches don’t work! Last night the Mets played the Nationals to try to break their 3 game skid from the fish. They led 2-1 going into the ninth but Parnell stepped in, let up the tying run, loaded the bases and lost the game from a fly out. Please Mets, DO SOMETHING ABOUT...
