After a dominant 17 point thrashing of North Carolina on ESPN last night, the Michigan Wolverines basketball team deserved much more attention than they’re getting.

Despite losing three, top six players on the Runner Up 2017/18 team, this 2018/19 squad has only looked better and more complete.

The Canadian freshman big man Brazdekis has looked awesome already, while the rest of the team has seen vast improvement now in bigger roles.

The March Madness hero Jordan Poole looks much more complete this year, as well as Charles Matthews who’s decision to stay in school only is looking better.

Familiar faces in Simpson and Teske also look much more polished this year, and consistent guys who will help the Wolverines make a run.

Lastly, lets not forget to give credit to whom it’s due; HC Jon Belein. He’s the REAL reason why this team is constantly so good without the flashy recruits, and the loss of so many great players through the draft.
