MELO 62

No one cared about the score on the Knicks, they were focused on feeding Carmelo Anthony the ball. After a 37 point 1st half, the 60 point Knicks/ MSG record was in reach, only if he got the ball. Melo continued his dominance with 56 points total coming into the 4th Q. What happened? He hit his 62nd point to beat Bernard King’s Knicks record and Kobe Bryant’s MSG record of 61 points. And this is why he’s going to New Orleans for the All-Star game and starting the game. What a game for Carmelo Anthony… Knicks 125 Bobcats 96. Ride for Caleb

In the X-Games 1 year ago; Caleb Moore tragically passed away in a snow-mobile accident. His brother Colten won the Gold Medal with a 91.1 score last night. It was a tuff decision to keep riding but he did and win for Caleb. NFL: in the NFL, the Browns found a head coach, surprisingly, Bills DC Mike Pettine. The Bills had a less than decent D last year, this is an unexpected choice for Cleveland after a horrible season, now time to work with some picks. The Cowboys signed Kicker Dan Bailey to a $22 M contract through 2020. The Rays signed former A’s Closer Grant Balfour to a 2 year $12 million deal. Good choice for Tampa. NBA: the all-star teams were announced, in the East, LeBron led in votes, he was joined with 1st timers Paul George and Kyrie Irving . They are with D-Wade and Melo. In the West, it is Kevin Durant, Blake Griffin, Kevin Love, Stephen Curry and Kobe Bryant who declined his invite to let the others...

KD can do that?

Yesterday Kevin Durant exploded for 54 points in last night’s game vs. Golden State. Durant was dishing and swishing and dunking and SCORING POINTS!!! I even wore my KD shoes and jersey before his huge performance. The Thunder won by 6. Steph Curry had 37 points. In the NFL, Seahawks WR Percy Harvin was ruled out for the NFC Championship. After recovering from a Hip injury, he got a concussion vs. The Saints in his game back in the playoffs. He’s played 2 games this season and was supposed to be HUGE this...

Ronaldooo!

Christiano Ronaldo won his second men’s player of the year called the Ballon D’or. He beat Messi and when you compare their stats, they made the right decision. Ronaldo had 69 goals to Messi’s 45. Ronaldo plays for Real Madrid in La Liga BBVA, and plays for the Portugal national team who will play in the same division as the US national team. In the NFL, another coaching vacancy was filled. The Tennessee Titans hired Chargers offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt not even 24 hours after his Chargers were knocked out of the playoffs. Whisenhunt has coached as an Head Coach for the Cardinals for 5 years and was an OC last year for San Diego . He went to a Super Bowl with the Cardinals and played as a TE for 7 seasons. For the Titans, they finished with a respectable 7-9 for a team like them. The Titans can improve their offense this offseason but losing star RB Chris Johnson is a high possibility. The Knicks played a good game last night vs. The Rolling Suns. The Suns are having a good season and definitely better than expected. The Knicks were up by 15 in the 2nd quarter and both teams played a SLOPPY quarter with 2 techs coming from 1 player and tons of fouls. I was about to scream at the Knicks again when I stopped...

J.J puts on a show!

In last night’s Nets vs. Heat game, most of the players wore their Nick-names on their jerseys! It was pretty cool! It went to double OT!!! After 1OT. It got out of hand and the Nets were hitting shots and won by 9. J.J (Joe Johnson) scored 22 points in the 1st quarter! He had 1 miss in the 1st! He finished with 32 points. But that wasn’t enough for the most in the game, King James ( LeBron James), had 36 points but fouled out for the 1st time since 2008. The Nets are 5-0 in the new year. MLB: the MLB is most likely going to make a decision for A-Rod’s 211 game suspension appeal this weekend. I predict if A-Rod loses his appeal it will end his career. In college football, Alabama hired former USC coach Lane Kiffin. Kiffin will help a lot with roll...
